Abstract

Efficient integrated production-distribution planning has emerged as a focal point in contemporary forward supply chain management, celebrated for its substantial economic advantages. This research delves into the intricacies of integrated production-distribution planning within the context of a multi-tiered green closed-loop supply chain, encompassing recycling centers, manufacturing/remanufacturing facilities, and decentralized distribution centers. We introduce a comprehensive three-tiered bi-objective model aimed at enhancing profitability while concurrently mitigating adverse environmental impacts. To address the inherent complexity of this problem, we employ a refined multi-choice goal programming methodology and leverage a hierarchical iteration algorithm for resolution. Our research contributes to the evolving field of sustainable supply chain management by offering insights into the optimization of integrated production and distribution within a closed-loop framework, aligning economic interests with environmental stewardship.
